318 tension controller with graphic LCD display, Chinese and Enalish languages, and be used easily. Outputting 0-24/ 4A or 0-36V / 3A to direct drive magnetic particle clutch, or outputing 0-5V, 4-20mA, -5 + 5V signal, controlling frequenc changer, servomotor or other structures, to control the roll system high-accurately. t can be widely used in papermaking printing, packaging, textile and other industries.
318 can be set as an automatic tension controller or roling diameter tension controller. When the“function selection'is set to "automatic ension control", 318 is an automatic tension controller, and need to install tension sensor, to consist of a closed control system. When the “function selection”is set to “rolling diameter control ”, 318 is a rolling diametertension controller, and only need to install proximity switches / numbering device and measure rolling radius, taking tension control according to the rolling diameter.
