Raydafon offers a full range of stock and made to order sprockets in pitches ranging from 3/16” pitch to 2 1/4” pitch. Stock sprockets are available with minimum plain bores or taper lock bushings.

These plate wheels and sprocket wheels are applied when larger teeth are necessary. This is, among other things, to save weight and material, which makes it also interesting to choose these wheels because it saves money. These wheels can also be fitted with taperbush connections.

Stock sprockets may also be used with the following chains or others having the same pitch, barrel diameter and width; however all may not clear standard hub on 6 and 7 tooth sprockets due to variations in side bars.

Idler sprockets are used in a variety of power transmission applications.Raydafon manufactures custom two piece idler sprockets combining stamping, machining and bearing capabilities. Raydafon’s wide variety of options allows customizing in order to respond to the application demands.

Raydafon has manufactured oilfield sprockets for most of the equipment builder’s machines in service today. If there is a sprocket drawing that we don’t have we can make a new drawing or reverse engineer your sprocket to manufacture for you.
