Raydafon has manufactured oilfield sprockets for most of the equipment builder’s machines in service today. If there is a sprocket drawing that we don’t have we can make a new drawing or reverse engineer your sprocket to manufacture for you. Raydafon can provide a full range of sprockets to complement our complete chain offering. Made-to-order sprockets can be supplied to your specifications for non-standard requirements. All sprockets are manufactured to ANSI standards, using the highest quality control procedures.

Our conveyor chain sprocket is made of medium carbon steel through integral forging process. The integral hardening and tempering ensures optimum strength and toughness. The sprocket teeth are created by specialized gear hobbing machines, and they undergo high frequency quenching to ensure competent wearing resistance and fatigue strength.
