Standard sprockets are made from C1040 steel and are completely machined to provide the finest quality available. Sprockets of stainless steel, bronze or other materials can be made to order.​

These sprocket idlers are designed for extended pitch chain. They are installed with standard 1/2″ or 5/8″ bolts, and include accurately contoured hardened teeth to resist wear and damage to the chain. Aetna idlers are compact and easy to install and built for a long maintenance-free service life. Typical applications include gathering chains on corn heads and other harvesting equipment.​

Ready Sprockets are an assortment of sprockets and hubs drilled and tapped for simple, convenient assembly with standard hex head cap screws. For No. 35 through No. 100 Chain, with stock finished bore hubs to accommodate shaft sizes through 2-3/4″ diameter, plus a variety of square, hex, spline, and tapered key bores.

Raydafon offers a full range of stock and made to order sprockets in pitches ranging from 3/16” pitch to 2 1/4” pitch. Stock sprockets are available with minimum plain bores or taper lock bushings.

Stock sprockets may also be used with the following chains or others having the same pitch, barrel diameter and width; however all may not clear standard hub on 6 and 7 tooth sprockets due to variations in side bars.
