Free Flow Conveyor Chain sprocket
Our conveyor chain sprocket is made of medium carbon steel through integral forging process. The integral hardening and tempering ensures optimum strength and toughness. The sprocket teeth are created by specialized gear hobbing machines, and they undergo high frequency quenching to ensure competent wearing resistance and fatigue strength.
As its name indicates, this series of product is often used in combination with conveyor chain for high speed conveying applications. For instance, it is widely used on the assembly lines for automobile parts and electronic parts.
